M400 Digital Program-controlled Welding Power Supply

The M400 digital welding power supply is a programmable welding power supply designed by Suzhou Line Energy Company. Using digitalization combined with touchscreens as terminals. It features precise control of welding current, rotation, wire feeding, OSC, AVC, shielding gas, and compressed gas. It can be used in conjunction with XF series, XK series, GB full-series tube board welding equipment, as well as HF series ring seam welding equipment. TIG/MIG circumferential seam welding is applied in chemical, food, industrial, medical, power pipelines, various heat exchangers, construction machinery, boilers, locomotives, military industry, and nuclear power sectors for pipes/tubes/tubes/sheets.

Performance characteristics

• Control interface includes: Job, Program, Configuration, Files, Libraries, and Help:

• Automatically generates welding parameters for pipe/tube sheet and thin-walled pipe/pipe welding;

• Intelligent AVC function and OSC swing function;

• Real-time detection and feedback of errors such as arc failure, overheating, overvoltage, gas shortage, water shortage, low voltage, arc extinguishing, communication errors, etc.;

• Import/export welding programs via USB drive, making it easy to switch between different programs;

• Editing and saving the program during soldering, showing differences from the original program

• During welding, parameters such as welding speed/center/width, current, and rotation speed can be adjusted at any time

• Online and USB drive upgrade features, as well as offline program functionality.

• Compatible with digital welding procedures for XF, XK, GB, and HF series special machines.
